Linda Megner is an Associate Professor and researcher at the Department of Meteorology at Stockholm University. She holds a PhD in Atmospheric Physics from Stockholm University and a Licentiate degree in Particle Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH).
Her research focuses on middle atmospheric processes, atmospheric layer coupling, meteoric material in the atmosphere, and Sun-Earth interaction phenomena. Linda is also actively involved in the MATS satellite mission (Mesospheric Airglow/Aerosol Tomography and Spectroscopy), a Swedish satellite project aimed at studying atmospheric waves.
In addition to the Rymdforum conference from May 4th to 6th, the entire week will be filled with space-themed activities, lectures, music and entertainment for both residents and visitors. This Space Week will in many ways enhance both Trollhättan and Sweden’s standing in this field.
